I am buying Xbox one with kinect from amazon USA. I live in egypt and the power here is "220/240 V". i contacted their support to tell me which voltage transformer should i buy and i didn't get a useful answer from them. can you send me a link of good one
taking into consideration it's weight to be low as i will ship it to Egypt?

Dear Support,

I bought the new XBOX 360 S last month in USA. In next 2 months I will move to India. Here in USA we use the voltage 100-110 voltage but in India the voltage is 220-240. Can you please let me know the best option for AC adapter

The use of voltage transformers is not recommended for use with the xbox one console. You should use the original xbox one power supply on the console.

If you are getting an Xbox One S then I believe the console supports both 110V & 220V with the internal power supply.

Hello VicPic1, if you are referring to the Xbox One model 1540 that we call (Fat) will have to see in the power source the voltage if it is only 110 or bivolt, 110-240, that's because at the time there were models with different voltages, if it is 110 and the country you are has voltage 220, will have to use a voltage converter.

From the Xbox One S, all consoles are automatic bivolt, just having to change the cable according to the outlet that will connect the console.
