    can someone please help my sons is 11 years old his account was banned on christmas day forever along with points that had been bought for christmas ive contacted the enforcement team witch has says he has banned for a comment but does not go into specifics
    is there any other way i can speak to someone about this awful banning a 11year old on christmas day it ruined everyones christmas

    From there a case review can be submitted.
