    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!


    Hi guys, this is real smooth.

    My gold bar number got reset to 1500, I lost all my Jigsaw Jam completion as well as all the Classic Puzzles I have downloaded using Gold Bars I've earned.

    Hope you guys are ready for a wave of angry customers.

  3. Even though XBOX LIVE might be a bit mre stable then its competitors,

    I apologize for the thread being worded incorrectly ,Xbox live failed to let me play Halo mcc online even when all of the data was downloaded.PSN we felt your pain 11/11/14..12:01 till 3:35 am played a game dam near over...

    After deleting and re-installing the app, previously bought puzzles are now downloadable without needing to pay again. Completion records was retained. Jigsaw Jam Pack 2 and 3, if previously unlocked by completion rather than gold bars, will need to be purchased
    with gold bars again to unlock, though completion records are retained. Note to all who downloaded the update and ran into problems in previous post.

    Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

    WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...

  6. I lost Jigsaw Jam collections 2 and 3 as well.

    After uninstalling/reinstalling Jigsaw, I've now also lost the stats for Jigsaw Jam collections 2 and 3.

    Oh well, at least I still have all the Jigsaw Jam Achievements.

    In the plus column, my Daily Challenges sounds (the "Coin Drop" and so-forth) now work correctly. This is a problem I've seen come and go with other games (such as Minesweeper and Solitaire) on Windows 8.1. I never had those problems with Windows 8.0,
    and this was a big reason I delayed upgrading to Windows 8.1 for nearly half a year. The mid-September updates fixed the problem in Minesweeper and Solitaire, and the just-released update for Jigsaw fixed it for Jigsaw.

    Also, despite some of the underlying stats still being wrong, I'm now getting proper credit for completed collections in Classic Jigsaw. The stats still say, for example, that I've played 10 and completed 8 Expert puzzles (I actually completed all 10) but
    now I'm being given credit for completing the collection in Expert difficulty.

    Well seems pretty odd to have to reply to MICROSOFT via Facebook... since it had been 3 days since things went sideways, with NO response, I uninstalled it and the reinstalled already! I got all of my gold back and although I didn't get my collections back,
    I see that they are all marked as download. I downloaded the one I was working on before this fiasco, and it didn't decrease my gold bars.

  9. The question is why is this update still available at all??????? Once problems are reported it should be pulled from distribution. I just returned from a trip, turned on my laptop and downloaded updates to apps that had appeared while I was away.

    Now MS Jigsaw is broken entirely. Doesn't load properly, logs into Xbox and then shortly kicks back to desktop screen right after it loads achievements.

    This what-should-be-a-great-game is going from poor to worse to useless. What are the programmers doing?

    Please get them to fix this program.

    If you have problem with MS Jigsaw crashing back into desktop after loading achievement, I have solved this (temporarily) twice by uninstalling then reinstalling the app. The problem is it takes 3-15 seconds for the app to re-check all your purchases and
    if it sees things it doesn't like, it crashes. I also noticed trying to play some puzzles like Surface collection's 4th StoneWall will also immediately crash the game. Re-install the app at your own risk though. I've done it about 3 times with no loss of progress
    but I cannot guarantee others won't.

  11. It crashes when loading the Leadership control modules, loads the first two and then spins out and freezes when loading the leadership board status for daily challenges. I tried going to Classic Puzzles immediately to see if that staved off the crash but
    it doesn't, it still crashes when it would be loading that other stuff in the background.

    Game has turned to crap. Lost all progress, gold, downloaded collections, etc.

    Crashes every time I start it. Don't have to leave the "main" page to have it crash.

    Start it - sit back - it will crash in 10-15 seconds.

    Problem started on Nov. 8. About the time the new box appeared for "Other Casual Games".

    Of course tapping "Other Casual Games" causes a ERROR. Good job.

    All the games that come with Win 8.1 have problems.

    I love the game but now that I purchased the paid version it crashes after it signs in please help.

    I'm having the same problems. Points wiped out and game launches but closes in about 10 seconds. Very frustrating! Only good thing is that it's curbing my addiction for now.

    Reporting this same problem on 11/18/14. My gold has reset to 1500, and my progress on this month's challenges and the Jigsaw Jams have been wiped and won't save anything I've done today. It's kept the couple of extra sets I downloaded, but it's erased all
    of my records of completing some of the puzzles. Also, when I click to do the Daily Challenges, it sits on the load screen for 20+ seconds and the loading animation doesn't move.
