1070 gamerscore credits not appearing in account

I recently bought a game, and racked up 1070 gamerscore from achievements, i went to the myrewards page, and there were no credits to be found, besides 250 from a survey i took.

Rewards Credits not appearing in account

Hello Support,

I am having an issue whereby I purchased almost €200 of games during the Christmas 2016 period and no rewards credits are showing in my dashboard. The purchases clearly registered as I have moved up from a 1-star rating to a 2-star rating during the same period.

Please could you review and update my account with the relevant rewards credits.

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

There are no offers to receive credits based on gamerscore. Achievements only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them. Generally the offer involves purchasing a specific type of game and then earning a set number of achievements in that game.

Realize how much you get depends on your Gamerscore. (see below)

You also must fill up the meter to trigger your next deposit. When you reach at least 5,000 Rewards Credits, they will be converted into dollars and deposited into your Microsoft account around the 15th and 30th of every month. Tired of waiting? Once you
have earned 1,000 Credits or more, you'll be able to request an early deposit.

Contender (GAMERSCORE: 3000 - 9999)

For every $10 you spend, get 50 Rewards Credits

Champion (GAMERSCORE: 10000 - 24999)

For every $10 you spend, get 100 Rewards Credits

Legend (GAMERSCORE: 25000 - 74999)

For every $10 you spend, get 200 Rewards Credits

Master (GAMERSCORE: 75000+ )

For every $10 you spend, get 300 Rewards Credits

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for December purchases.
