10000 points earned from the 5th of march didnt transfer on the 15th.

Hello,

I've purchased the Deluxe pack for Honor on March, the 5th which should qualify me for first step and so 5000 reward points promotion (from 1 to 31 of March). Today i see in my account i only earned 1250 points. Please doublecheck and give me a short explaination
why i only earned 1250 points.

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month. Since you got the 10,000 on the 5th, they would be scheduled to deposit by the end of the month. There is no way to have them deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

You will need to pay the fee. You can use the Microsoft rewards option but it will take more than 800 reward points to earn the $10. Your looking at around 10000 Microsoft rewards points to transfer to a gift card

Since you earned them last week, they would be scheduled for the deposit on March 15. There was no deposit schedules for March 2.

Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when they are earned. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month. If your remaining credits were earned after March 1, they would not have been earned in time for today's deposit.
