I said it was public, which until it is made private which it is not officially. It is the forum of a publicly traded business

This thread has strayed a very long way from being a productive discussion so I am locking it here.

PurpCaper, it may or may not have explicitly called out the two-week (10 business days) wait for the previous Gears games on the purchase page you saw, but if this period of time has not elapsed yet then please allow it to do so and you should receive codes
for the games. Not having received them yet does not mean you won't receive them at all. Keep an eye on your Xbox Live Messages for those codes.

If, after two weeks, you've not received the codes and want support getting them, feel free to make a new thread. However, if you plan to pursue legal means there is nothing we can offer you on these Support forums and we will not be able to assist you.

Ok dude you don't need the preorder page it's on the buy page you goto search for the game you still goto the splash or buying screen even with a preorder
