100 % Theft and misrepresentation Gears of War Collection

CONSTANT MISREPRESENTATION CONTINUOUSLY ENDING IN END USER DEPRECIATION

Hello,

I have purchased Gears of War 4, which verbatim states:

"BASE GAME + XBOX 360 COLLECTION

For a limited time, you’ll receive the complete Gears of War Xbox 360 collection, playable on Xbox One."

It says the same thing on the marketplace and includes an asterisk, the asterisk notates you will need internet service for these titles.

I purchased the Gears of War 4 digital copy and have not received a code, email, dashboard notification.

So I called and was told by 4 representatives that, "xbox will be sending the code in batches over the next 7-10 days."

This is 100 percent unprofessional. It is theft. And to conclude the opinion part it is not just a ,"bro calm down you are going to get your codes." Situation

It is a consumer/corporate professional principal situation.

I PURCHASED MY GAME, I WANT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED

Microsoft has more than enough staff and legal team to notate a cross mark or asterisk if other conditions apply regarding the delivery of purchased material.

They did not use a disclaimer

Therefore by factual precedence, I have paid for a product with no additional terms, I have not been given my product under additionally added terms.

It is theft and unprofessional.

People that just act like this is ok are what allows this to continue.

Would you want a Gears of War collection?

Will you buy if Microsoft plans a Gears of War Collection with remastered visuals and all DLCs included similar to the Master Chief Collection? Personally, I'll buy it because I love the Gears of War series but only the trilogy. It'd be better if there's Judgment included too but that's not a necessity.

Just to clarify, if you go to the website, you can click MORE under description and it will then lead to information stated how this will be dispersed. It DOES NOT STATE THIS INFORMATION ANYWHERE ON THE MARKETPLACE

They did write that it would be sent out before december 31st when I preordered at least.

1. I wrote a post stating that on the XBOX dashboard marketplace it INCLUDES NO TERMS

-This is how I purchased it like many others.

What do you mean , "they did write"????? Do you mean , "it stated that." and where, on your xbox? Becasue if you take the time to look now it DOES NOT

On the xbox it contains an **** mark but DOES NOT clarify it.

If you purchased this game via the xbox one dashboard, you made a purchase with NO TERMS, since there arent any FACTUALLY and LEGALLY stated therein.

I hate to tell you guys, I am not here to debate with consumers. There is no debate, if legal or marketing felt to add the terms on the website, it should be represented congruently across the board, it is NOT, therefore it is misleading and fraudulent.

Its not misleading you cannot expect all the codes to be set a ll at once

One the codes are only generated by a small team

Two sending them all at once causes problems it queues the servers and delays you getting the content up to weeks on end

Also the terms and you can call the police however the police will tell you to look for a lawyer

First and foremost they don't deal with consumer issues of not reading the terms of the arguments

And yes I read the terms since the announcement it was always on the dashboard and the website

That is the actual posting on the additional info and was on the gears of war 4 launch page itself on the dashboard

 

And purple they did have that info on the dashboard I know because I watched the lore order page and read the adidditional info for bonus offers since Dec last year

His information is correct and directly answers your question the information was there on the website and the preorder page on the dashboard you didjt read far enough if you read the additional info it's at the bottom of the description page of the preorder

Sending all the codes at once causes massive queues you would.have to wait til there is no one on and a lot of people complete their downloads before you could even receive the download

This is why it's done in staggered waves

If you don't read the description the judge will rule against you even the police will tell you that

 

Ok so this apparently seems to be a problem in here with listening ( aka reading) original posts. So lets go for this a third time and see if I can draw out someone with competence.

-Some bs lore you WATCHED

-or any other form of advertisement media besides: THE DIRECT GEARS OF WAR 4 Product page on the dashboard. ***Not the ultimate edition, not anything else.

Go to store, type in gears of war 4

go to standard edition.

Read the description.

It is verbatim to the online description I posted originally and also contains the asterisk after it, that is (*) that symbol. Unlike the online page, IT DOES NOT CONTAIN MORE INFORMATION, basically it does not elaborate anything on how you will get this
featured collection accept it directly says upon redeeming gears of war 4.

I did not follow this video game for a year, I did not pre-order it, more importantly I represent the MOST BASIC consumer, who simply went on my dashboard, read the information given, and made a purchase based on it.

I do not need to be educated on the roll out of data based codes and their generation in que and server loads. I am a support specialist for the USAF. Thanks

I like many went to the page, was promised something, and it was not delivered. If they felt the need to include it on the site, they as a multibillion dollar company should have the due dilligence to make sure their experience correlates.
