100% packet loss

Discus and support 100% packet loss in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've done a bit of research, and it seems like Xbox has had this problem in the past.     I've done a bit of research, and it seems like Xbox has had this problem in the past. I'm using a wire connection that has no problems on any other device, but on the Xbox, I am experiencing extreme lagging. As in the title, the multiplayer network test
    says I have 100% packet loss, and the detailed network statistics show I'm at:

    Download speed: 87.96 Mbps

    Upload speed: 10.92 Mbps

    Packet loss: 100%

    MTU: 1440

    Latency: 0 ms

    I can watch Netflix, watch YouTube, etc. no problem on the connection, but I can't play any online games. Is this fixable on my end or is there something I'm doing/not doing? Any suggestions before I move my future business to Sony?

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    Hey there, Pokey!

    I'm sorry to see any network issues! Your latency is showing as 0ms, too, which indicates that there is no communication happening between your console and the Xbox Live servers. This is why your packet loss is at 100%, but your speeds are just fine.

    If you haven't already, do a 5 minute power cycle of everything in your network line up. First, hold the power button on the console for 8-10 seconds to shut it down, then unplug the power cable. If you have a separate router and modem, you'll want to unplug
    the router first, wait for it to fully shut down, then unplug your modem; if you have a 2-n-1 device, you only need to unplug that device. Time out 5 minutes, then plug everything back up in reverse. Plug in the modem (or 2-n-1), and wait for it to fully boot
    up. Do the same for the router if you have one. And lastly boot up the console.

    This should sort it out. Run the detailed network statistics test again to confirm before trying to launch up a game. Let me know how it goes! 100% packet loss :)

    Is it possible to get packet loss that exceeds 100%?

    100% packet loss is the maximum that is possible. However, occasionally it is possible that there may be a bug causing the packet loss to appear more than 100%, but this is uncommon. The maximum is 100%.

    You would not have any connection to the internet, let alone XBLive, if packet loss is 100%. Connection relies on the ability of packets, information data blocks, for lack of a better term, to recognise and acknowledge the data has been sent and received
    correctly, ie no corruption.

    Edit.. Data showing 100% packet loss has to be a result of local internal corruption of the processors, and would require a restart.

    dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
