Yah it's been hit and miss since last night. Testing the Network it will pass 100%. Testing multiplayer it fails with 100% packet loss. It's random though, and when this does happen kinect doesn't reconize xbox voice commands.

    100% Packet Loss

Glad it's not just me then 100% Packet Loss :)

Must be their end. I'm missing around 5 Walking Dead achievements which I've just done, so I'm hoping they'll pop once the issue is resolved.

  5. Next week getting a PS4. Been on xbox since the original when Halo 1 released. So many problems which isn't our problem yet we don't get any updates on what's going on. Comparing these support forums to PS4 a lot and PS4 has barely any problems except for
the christmas hacks that went on alongside us. Time to change. Sick of it

Im getting 100% packet Loss Also, Have had it for a few days now only just found out its the Packet Loss.

Is there any kind of statement from Microsoft with regards to this, i.e. is it the console the network or the games?? And how and who can resolve this?

Really need answers as at the moment I have a £300 big black brick sitting on my shelf. Its no good to me without Playing and using online!!

    Anyone

    100% Packet Loss

I tried the DMZ method. Not exactly sure what i was doing but i got it to connect. When i run the connection test its saying i'm connected to the internet. When i try to open the game i get the message that It is unable to get my latest saved data and gives
me 2 options try again, or work offlie. i have tried again a few times with no luck. So i tried the offline mode and then picked the multiplayer live option after the game opened. Said the same thing it was saying before i changed the DMZ.

Also now my amazon prime isn't working either. It says there was a problem with the update and i need to see xboxone/update/help.

I switched back to dhcp and turned off dmz. Now i can atleast update amazon. Still aggervating as all hell, but atleast i can use my $400 brick for something again.

I'm seriously thinking about sending this garbage back to amazon and saying the hell with it.

Its hard for me to believe that with NO, repeat ZERO changes on me end that it would just up and stop working to the point of where I need to reconfig everything for it to work again. Especially since i have seen MANY posts about the no multiplayer and
    100% packet loss.

Are you serious, the PS4 only recently sorted out an issue with sending messages or seeing friends online on their service.

Not being a fanboy, but it's clear that XBL is the better service of the two in comparison to PSN. Both services have had issues the past few weeks (not months on XBL) and the reason there isn't a stink in the PSN forums is because they're now used to it

Well as of this eastern standard time i have been unable to log into my xbox for just a little over 72 hours. And since i have found this forum, i believe it was on Saturday afternoon in the last 48 hours i have seen ZERO help out of anyone who represents
Microsoft.. However, they have had time to Mod edit my spelling of [Mod Removed], lock posts, and give [Mod Removed] reply's to start new posts because the others are old or something similar to this crap of "we can support
you better if you start a new post... Thats funny as i have yet to see any reply from any Microsoft rep in this forum that even mentions a problem, or gives the smallest attempt of offering assistance, or even some info on exactly what is going going the last
    3 days.

Oh, yeah. I already have tried to Powercycle my hair dryer, my PC, my router, my cable box, and all of the other BS responses that you will tell me to do.

The *** thing worked for fine on 1/1/15 and on new years 12/31/14. But on 1/2/15 it went down and has been since. Nothing beats having something for 5 days and it only working 2 of them. And nothing has changed on my setup. Still the same router firmware,
and xbox 360 worked when i tried COD ghosts yesterday afternoon/eve. So you can toss out that [Mod Removed] of it being on the user's end.

I'm having the 100% packet loss issue too, but it is only affecting the Friends and Party app. I can play halo and destiny without any lag, but my Friend app doesnt work half the time and the Party chat hasn't worked since 130 am EST.

  14. Ease off on getting a PS4 Infected.. PSN is having far worse issues, I was browsing PSN looking for Socom titles, and their website is crashed... can only imagine what the gaming network is like. BTW, I am having the same issues as you.. speedtest.net shows
0% loss, while XBL is at 100% loss.. wired or wireless, makes no difference..

  15. I am 100% getting a PS4. Was getting one anyway for Planetside 2, H1Z1 and The Forest when they are out. But gonna give PS4 a go for a couple weeks and if it's alright gonna sell the xbox. I am a huge online gamer and I am sick of the problems again and
again. Yeah with this packet loss I can still play online games but 50/50 now I tend to get lag spikes whilst playing battlefield or Advanced Warfare. It's the fast support cannot tell us what's going on and telling us they are working on a fix. Instead it's
our fault AS USUAL and we need to change settings on our routers. No. Nothing is simple anymore. Either parties are messing up or messages won't update or it all goes down. When will it end..
