    100% Packet Loss

What's that all about? I have no issues my end, every other device is working normally.

Everything els is fine on detailed network statistics, 80mb down, 20mb up as it should be It's just telling me there's a problem with network quality. I've rebooted my modem, as I said no problems on any other device, but I've aldo noticed achievements
    have stopped unlocking.....again!!

nothing on the LI've status page, but I'm assuming it must be something at the MS end

    :)

Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

  4. 100% Packet Loss

    Hello,

I understand your frustration but want to point a few things out. First of all a lot of mods and the ambassadors
do not represent Microsoft. There are a few official support on here using a gamertag starting with "misses" or "mister" they also have the tag
"official support" or have a forum level X or S. More info can be found here Microsoft Community

As for the Mods who edit your posts, it's their duty to keep the forum clean of swearing even if it consists out of " *** " (a series of asterisks), and for the "create a new post" answer , they are right, creating a new posts allows us to focus on
you instead of other people talking in between it aswell.

Now onto your issues, can you state exactly what issues you are having with your xbox ?

And also fill this out as accurately as possible

What Country/State/Province do you live in?

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number:

How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?:

Wired or wireless (for each console):

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider):

    USA, pennsylvania zipcode is 15552

actiontec gt704wg Supplied from verizon dsl

    one 360 and one xb1

    both wired

    upnp is enabled

    Nat type is open

no error codes, it just says "COD AW service is not available at this time try again later" it has been saying the same thing since friday, and when i do the multi player connection test it says i have 100% packet loss.

I don't see how it can be anything here with me since it worked fine for the first 2 days i had the xb1 and then starting on day 3(friday) it hasn't worked, and nothing has changed in the firmware of the modem/router combo. Also i just played the 360 online
with cod ghosts and it worked fine.

  7. Could you try to put your Xbox One in DMZ ?

Doing this will put the Xbox One out of the network and make it connect directly to the internet without a firewall

    DMZ (on your computer)

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 into your address bar. (Or click either link)
    3. The Gateway may ask for a password. If it does use the following. (admin/password)
    4. Click Security on the top.
    5. From the menu on the left click DMZ Hosting.
    6. Select the radio button for On.
    7. Input the IP address of the Xbox then click Apply.
For this to work you have to make sure you have a static Xbox One IP by going to the network settings->Ip settings and manually entering the IP etc if you haven't already

  10. The Problem could be: Do you have IPv6 AND IPv4 on your router? If yes try to disable IPv6 and restart your router so you only have IPv4. XBOX has some Problems with IPv6 at the moment 100% Packet Loss :(

    Hello,

I am posting this since I have ran into the following situation.

    • I am able to connect to Xbox Live and to join Multiplayer matches in Destiny, all matches show me having a green connection bar.
    • I was able to join a friend's party (he's playing GTAV) but we could not establish a chat. We tried the reverse he joining my party but still nothing. I verified my mic by making a test Skype call. Also if I start the party myself I can see the chat circle
      lit up whenever I speak.
    • When troubleshooting I noticed network issues from XBL and also my Xbox One was reporting 100% packet loss. Typically I have no packet loss at all.
    • I tried all steps indicated in the Xbox support page to figure out what's the situation. Even with a direct Modem Connection I see the packet loss and still cannot connect to chat. For reference I've been using the exact same modem since launch and I have
had typically 0% losses in the past.
Any ideas or pointers to fix this are greatly appreciated.

    Location: Beaverton OR

    ISP: Comcast

Tried Wired and Wireless connection between Xbox One console and Wireless router (Netgear Nighthawk). NAT shows open in both instances

I have no packet losses to other internet/online sites.

  14. Woke up to the same issue as you today. Glad to know it isn't just me. I noticed the problem in Forza 5 when it wouldn't download skins. Hopefully this is fixed soon as everything else seems to be running fine.

  15. I'm also having this problem everything is fine except it says I've got 100% packet loss. I was hoping that I wasn't the only one with this problem. That's why I got on here to see if anyone had posted about it
