100% Packet Loss

Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

 

Hi is there a solution for this as yet? my son has been having problem losing connection on and off over the Christmas period and we thought it was the network but this has all been checked out. The xbox one is connected over the wireless network and checking
the signal strength everything seems to be ok but he's showing 100% packet loss????

 

Same problem 2+ days. Done everything I know to do, even with through my isp prvider(Verizon Fios) tested router 81mg up 80mg down with 23ms ping. Gteat right?? Well do the test with the one and down is50mg, up 30mg ping is blank and i also get 100% packet
lose.

What gives? Oh and all ports that need opening are open, nat type OPEN.

 

hah this question is answered...... is it? well why am i still getting 100% pkt loss? they havent even admitted it never mind answered it

 

I don't know whats going at MS but getting real tired of all of the issues these past week. Now its a 100% packet loss when I have an open NAT. MS should be giving free items due this issue. I only get a limited time to game and this is cutting into my gaming.
I don't know how they don't know how to fix this issue at MS, when they have a building full tech support. If the issue is not fixed soon I will be trading my Xbox one in or selling it and going strictly to PS4. Sorry MS can't deal with this any longer.

Im having exactly the same issue. Connected to live and can play games but having probles with party chat and getting 100% packet loss error when trying to check network connection. This is on both wired and wireless

 

This subject matter looks to have been posted several times, but not to sound like a broken record.

Whats up with all these issues with xbox one packet loses and very high pings across the network? I know its not isp or nat type or port forwarding. Om here goes: download is 80+ meg, upload is 80+ meg and ping is 23ms. I have changed/switched out cables/
ports. Still same issues. I opened all necessary ports, recommended by you. Still have the problem. Called isp and mfg of router/gateway did everything possible. I am at wits end with the issuse. The only reason i am posting this, maybe, just maybe someone
read this and actually come up with salution not a bunch humbo voodo hodoo. Please Xbox, Microsoft or whom ever fix the problem. Just a note: wish i had my360 back!!!

packet loss 100% i almost forgot it said that for the past day or so considering I haven't been having any multiplayer issues. At least not in the games I've been playing but pretty sure there there.

At first I thought it was me but now I know its not, especially since my nat keeps coming back open and I can see my friends list!

I chatted up support and one of them told me you guys engineers were working on it. Please fix this soon and maybe put up a service alert?

I'm having the same issue too. Cant connect to any xbox ONE games, Destiny says I'm not on line. How ever I can do everything else with no issue. Twitch, NetFlix etc. Started NYE and been dead since. Tried 3 different networks 2 Comcast and one Verizon
hotspot.

Please fix by say 5 PM PST. That be kewl.

Connected directly to Cable Modem with Static Public IP , 10 meg down and 1 meg up Xbox one reports 100 % packet loss, unable to pass multiplayer test. Two Xbox one tested same results.

 

Everyone send your xbox back for a full refund due massive failures by xbox then maybe just maybe xbox will listen and finally soet out our issues, would be good of them considered they charge us the earth on everything
