    Don't be daft! Never an update just a smile, a promise that "everything's fine" and "we'll have it sorted in Just a minute!" followed a long time later by "What problem? Everything's working!" No explanation just patronization and disingenuity.

  5. yeah, whoopty friggin do! service updates, notifications or whatever! xbox support used to be the greatest thing. if you had a problem, you called and got a person and the problem was solved. now you call and get directed to go to www.got your money anyway/
    seeya sucker.com. they made it so unpersonable. and the online support sucks. any monkey can send a reference link , but it does you no good if you can't make sense of it.

  7. I still have the 100% packet loss... I must say, I've been on xbox live for over 5 years with this account and have had another account for an additional 3 years, I have over a total of 8 years with xbox, I've owned every revision of the 360, I've also had
    every model of the playstation... I've never had ANY hardware or software issues with any console (360 & ps) I bought the xbox one on launch day, and since launch day i have experienced this crappy service interruption 3 times now... that's pretty bad xbox!!!!
    And it's not even it's first birthday yet. I never recall any problems like this on my 360 (which I can currently go on right now) and I've only experienced this problem once in all the years I was a sony fanboy (going all the way back to ps1) I read one comment
    in here thats someone made about a refund... and when I believe a refund for live services is a joke, i think all who has been affected by this now, and anymore times in the future, should be rewarded with Microsoft currency or something. There is only so
    many times a moderator or xbox staff can apologize before an apology just becomes an excuse... for poor hardware judgment or because xbox would rather waste time on making achievements "snap-able" then releasing IMPORTANT updates... like something that will
    fix this continuous issue.... XBOX has the BEST multiplayer experience around, but I definitely think Sony has Microsoft beat HANDS DOWN on pretty much everything else.

    Same here to all!!! We love a product and throw money at it but all we get in return are lies and excuses. Why even wonder why Ps4 is out doing Xbox right now.

  12. I'm finally able to get online but it's still says that I have 100% packet loss. Haven't tried anything online yet but my brother says he's seems to be playing online CoD just fine.

    I've gotta say I know that you Moderators can't really say much but the way it comes off to us dis gruntled gamers (who are already tired of getting the old run around treatment) it kinda is like putting salt on a wound how you just keep going on and on
    with the whole sit back and shut up routine. I know that's not how you put it but that's how it comes off to us sometimes. Sorry. I'm usually on your side but it rubbed me the wrong way this time.
