    (100% Packet Loss) Xbox Live and Xbox Services not working, while I have great connection


    Alright, I am at my wits end for this issue. I am hard wired. The issue stays the same, if not worse, if I switch to WiFi. When I start up my Xbox, it says "connect to xbox live". When I select this box to connect, it says "connecting" and then says I need
    to be online. I go to the network and it says I am connected to the internet, with the "youre all good". After a few tries, it will connect me to xbox live. Then, when i go to play a game, it will tell me I need to be online. I have gone to the network settings,
    and I am ipv4, connected, and NAT type is Open. I run the Network speed and specifics and get the following

    Download Speed: Not available

    Upload speed: Not available

    Packet Loss: 50%

    MTU not available

    latency 40 ms

    A second try shows:

    Download Speed: 312.29 Mbps

    Upload Speed: 11.89 Mbps

    Packet Loss 100%

    MTU 1480

    Latency 41ms

    a speed test on my computer shows

    9ms Ping

    1ms Jitter

    332.7 Mbps Download

    12.6 Mbps Upload

    I test the packet loss on packetlosstest.com with 149 pings over 10s and have 0% packet loss.

    I do not know what to do. It seems like my network is having trouble communicating with the Xbox servers. This started Saturday, and I have yet to see any network outages from the Xbox Live site. I have called them, and they tell me to call my ISP. I have
    called my ISP and they tell me everything is good on their end. I also try and access my games on the computer, and it says that I am not connected to the internet. I am connected. It also seems like the xbox support websites take a considerable amount of
    time to load. Sometimes they just give an error. I have rebooted, Factory reset both my Modem/Router combo and the xbox itself.

    I have the Xbox One X, Internet provider is TDS.

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.
