100% Packet Loss Unfixable? (Xbox Series S)

Hello! Recently I had to purchase a new Linksys router and everything seemed fine till I started to try and use my Xbox. I am capable of loading into games, talking in parties, browsing the internet, downloading things, but when it comes to actually playing the games, I appear to be experiencing 100% packet loss. So I went through every, single, troubleshooting tip in the book. Power cycling the console, power cycling the router and modem, changing console DNS to manual, changing the Wi-Fi channels and channel width to specific settings, trying a wired connection, changing out cables for both the console AND the router + modem, and just the list goes on. When I ping and test for packet loss on my PC, it says there is none, but my Xbox almost always says 100% Packet loss. Even worse, there seem to be brief moments of reprieve where everything fixes and there will be 0%-2% packet loss and I'll suddenly be able to play games, only for me to turn off the console and turn it back on and be greeted with 100% packet loss once again. I am thoroughly frustrated, and I have spent +5 hrs trying to fix this. I'm no huge tech wiz, but I understand that I have tried almost everything short of returning my router and getting a new one.

I cannot diagnose if this is a problem with my internet router itself or my xbox, as my PC reads no packet loss (but also can't play multiplayer games), but my xbox does.

Hello JoshAyers3, in your description I really see that you tested several procedures.

However try to do the following, if your mobile phone has 3G/4G service, do the share from the phone and connect the Xbox to the 3g network and see if it has 100% packet loss and if you can download.

Well, manually changing the DNS settings and getting an alternate MAC address still has my Series S saying that it has 100% packet loss, but I can still play games, so I guess that's good enough. If there are any suggestions on how to eliminate the packet loss error I would be happy to try them out. Thanks.

Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

I am having the same issue. Both hard wire and wireless, I am having 100% packet loss. I have contacted my internet provider, they have already checked the system and on there end everything is great. On my PC I am having no issues. On my PS5 no issues, no packet loss. However on my xbox series x and my xbox one x, I have 100% packet loss and get booted from online games every 3-6 mins.
