100% Packet Loss on XB1 Console Only

Discus and support 100% Packet Loss on XB1 Console Only in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've been scratching my head for the last 4 hours.     100% Packet Loss on XB1 Console Only


    I've been scratching my head for the last 4 hours.

    Download is 112.21

    Upload is 33.85

    Packet Loss is 100%

    If I do a tracer to XB servers address 4.71.156.74 have no bumps/road blocks on the highway - Hops are 14MS and lower until I hit the 1st Microsoft Azur Cloud Server address 4.69.147.166 (85MS) then Cloud address 4.69.147.166 (101 MS) to the final stop on
    the cloud at 4.71.156.74 (92 MS), If I ping the server with 1460 MTU via computers command prompt I have 0 packet loss. Loss only seems to come from the console. Any ideas? Have rebooted modem, router, hard start console everything under the sun.

    100% Packet Loss?!?!

    Finally got signed in on my xb1 but I got 100% packet loss now. What is wrong?

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    Huh, I thought it may have been my modem. But the same thing started happening to me last night around 11:30pm EST. I get 100% packet loss and it doesn't even register Latency, but my computer speed tests and ping tests are fine. It is happening on both
    of my Xbox One's in my house.

    This has been happening to me for the past 3 days, my download and upload speed are both great and I can get online but I cant find matches on online games like AW. Its getting very annoying and xbox support was no help. Ive tried everything!

    Yep. Im about ready to just get my money back for this turd. ive had nothing but problems everyday scince i baught the one. pretty amazing they have so many problems considering how much money we have been giving them.

    same , would this make it were my gamer picture wont change and half my friends pictures in the friends section of achivments in the last 30 days does not show up also . plus i cant get into any mp matches in cod AW

    Its been happening to me too, I cant do anything that requires gold in destiny but i can still see players in areas like the tower
