    Last night while I was port forwarding to my Xbox, I tested a few ports after imputing them and my Xbox ran fine. after that I turned off my Xbox, shortly after while still in my router settings I changed my security settings from low to high. When I turned
    on my Xbox after work, I was unable to play anything online. After removing all the ports, I was still at 100% loss, after some testing I discovered it was my router security. When on high security it will instantly block any multiplayer connection, I've tested
    this several times and it seems to be the reason why.

    1. Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer.
    2. Go to the Address bar and enter the IP Address of your router then press Enter. For example, 192.168.15.1 is the default IP of most VOIP routers. ...
    3. A new window prompts for a User name and Password.

    Every router has a default username and password, use google to search for your router login.
    (Make sure you're not sharing your IP or login info with others.)

    Once logged into your router, look for a security tab, in the security tab it should give you a list of options for security protection. Before setting your security to low, test it by selecting the low option and refreshing your Detailed Network Statistics.
    If your packet loss has dropped from 100% to 0% that is the solution. If you find that it's still high, from the router login you can manually reset your router settings back to default if you've tweaked them, that should most likely solve all the issues with
    packet loss. If you find that none of those options work, call your service provider and see if they can have someone assist you further.

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    I have 100% packet loss not sure why or how, but Ive tried all the “solutions” to fix the 100% packet loss but nothing has worked. What should i do?

    Thanks for that info. Please see our Multiplayer Connection troubleshooting guide as it includes steps for issues pertaining to packet loss
    under "You have high packet loss". While your packet loss is not currently high, any packet loss can contribute to any network issues you're experiencing.
