Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

While the console is off unplug the router for 3 to 5 minutes and restart it and let it get ready before turning the console on.

    Good Luck.

The packet loss is typically do to an issue with the router not allowing the Xbox to communicate online.

If you're using a wireless connection, choose the option to forget the wireless connection and then do a hard reset on the Xbox and try and reconnect

You might try and power cycle your modem and router by unplugging both devices for about 60 seconds and then plugging them back in

Also, clear your primary and secondary DNS entries or try the google dns 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
