100% Packet loss, but everything still works???

Ran a detailed network statistics test on my Xbox One and these are my results,

Download Speed - 58.84 Mbps

Upload Speed - 5.27 Mbps

Packet Loss - 100%

MTU - 1480

Latency - "blank"

Wireless strength - 74%

I'm confused because everything works fine, but shouldn't nothing work at all with 100% packet loss? These are the results of the test every time I run it, tried it two days consecutively a few times a day. The only thing I've ever found difficult is party
chat, but haven't tried that in awhile.

Test shows 100% packet loss on my X1, but everything works fine.

most likely due to the DDoS attacks, one method of overloading a server is to bombard it with ICMP requests, which are pings, so MS most likely disabled the server from responding to pings to stop the flood of packets and would show up as 100% packet loss
because your Xbox is sending ICMP and the MS server is just refusing to respond to them.

 

You must have missed all off the offline fun most if us had to deal with earlier. Things are working for me again but like you, I too have 100% packet loss still. It doesn't seem to be affecting online play so it may just be an aroniouse reading.

 

I have the same issue and when reporting it to Xbox support on twitter they insist it's my ISP and their end is fixed. Hopefully these clowns are part of the 18,000 let go by Microsoft. I'm an adult and fully aware of resetting my modem and router etc.

 

I noticed the same thing today. 100% loss but everything is working fine. Strange.
