100% packet loss but can download from store

As a preface, I've spent the last day rebooting and restarting my new xboxone and my cable modem (Xfinity TC8305C).

I can connect to xbox live and download games from the store, but am still showing 100% packet loss via the multiplayer network test. As far as I can tell, this prevents me from connecting to Diablo III's online component and from starting Destiny. I have
tried connecting both with wired and wireless connections and have had no luck in addressing this.

Is this a known issue, or do I need to pack everything up to take it back to the store for an exchange?

High Packet Loss

Hi im kinda new to the hole internet fixing thing but my X1 has always had a packet loss of 100% but after reading a description of what packet loss is i am quite curious as to how my xbox and internet are still functioning normaly... Not only that but it
dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
causing this i would be great to get others feedback

Any ideas what I can do about my packet loss and latency issues. Im getting my *** whooped on BF4... more than normal.

Exactly same thing with me same modem and everything. I opened all the necessary ports and rebooted everything and still getting 100% packet loss. Ran diagnostics on gateway and everything checks out on my end has to be Xbox service

 

Just found a fix. Go to network settings and write down your ip subnet and dns info. Go to ip settings switch to manual and enter everything you just wrote down. Save setting turn Xbox off by press power button for 5 seconds.Go to a computer go to portforward
