    100% Packet Loss and No Latency Since Midnight!!


    Since Xbox problems last night at Midnight I now have moderate Nat, 100% Packet Loss and No Latency. I have hard re-started the One and router. The problem is not on my end. The problem has to be on Mircosoft's. Looks like this happened back in late December
    and early January to many people then all of a sudden it was fixed. Xbox support please reply to this post. Live status says everything is up, but why is the network test giving these results. I see from other posts online this morning that other people are
    seeing the same results.

    Any ideas what I can do about my packet loss and latency issues. Im getting my *** whooped on BF4... more than normal.

    Please help.

    The same for me. I played yesterday evening with my friend and suddenly the lags began.

    100% packet loss and no latency.

    I restarted my router and checked the connection to my pc too. Everything was fine there.

    I can connect to all services ( at least to those I tested ) on the Xbox-Live Network but with heavy lags.

    I also tested the connection via WiFi and cable. Same result.

  5. Hey, guys! That is no good! I'm very sorry to see any connection issues. Let's see what we can do to get you all up and running. 100% Packet Loss and No Latency Since Midnight!! :)

    First, basic stuff! If you are receiving any errors when you
    test your Xbox Live network connection
    , please go through our
    Xbox One Connection Error Solution
    troubleshooter. This will walk you through how to resolve most network issues.

    If you are receiving no errors, but are getting legitimate lag while trying to play, please give our
    Slow Performance Solution troubleshooter a try.

    If those do not work for you, the last thing I would like you to try for me is a 5 minute power cycle. You will want to
    shut down your console by using the steps to physically shut down your console, unplug your console's power supply, unplug your router, and unplug your modem (if you have a separate one).
    Leave everything unplugged for 5 minutes, and then plug it all back in reverse order. Modem first, let that boot up, and so on.

    If you are still receiving 100% packet loss and no numbers for latency after that, please post back with the following:

    • Your region (the country you are physically located in).
    • Your modem and router manufacturer and model information.
    • Your ISP (internet provider).
    We'll be able to look into it further after that. I do highly suggest you try out the troubleshooters for me first, though. The power cycle may resolve you, as they tend to do so in these situations. However, please do let me know if it doesn't and get back
    to me with the information above!

    I am also getting 100 % packet loss. I contacted chat support and I was told to wait for 2-3 hours and I was given a ticket and I was told to contact if the problem still persists after 2-3 hours.

    And the agent already made me to power cycle but I knew that the problem is at MS' end.

    I contacted the Chat Support and we tried to solve the problem. We couldn't get it fixed so she asked and could get the information that there is a new problem in the Live-Network. So we just can wait.

    Tried all the steps in the troubleshooter. I still get 100% packet loss on console, both wired and wireless connections. PC connected to same router has 0% packet loss on

  10. Hey, thanks guys! If you can, please definitely post back with your region. So far, it doesn't seem like a regional issue, but investigating teams need that information when it comes to connection issues.

    I'll continue to keep an eye here. I really appreciate your patience while we nail this one down for you guys. :3

  11. I have the same problem, 100% data packet loss and low network quality!! Pc has 0% data packet loss.

    All testperformed as suggested by xbox, but nothing has helped. <Problem by MS ?!

    Open NAT

    I can login to my Live account just fine

    D/L 15.8 Mbps - U/L 1.8 Mbps

    Tried ALL suggested solutions, but none of them worked

    AT&T U-Verse 2WIRE Gateway - wired connection direct to gateway

    All other devices on gateway working fine
