100% packet loss affecting only one game

    So I got an xbox one Christmas day, and this whole time I've had 100% packet loss. As much as I know, this is supposed to affect multiplayer connection and stuff life that, but it is only affecting Destiny, one of my only other games. If it matters, my family
    got the ac unity bundle. Destiny always comes up with the cattle error code, which to my research, has to do with NAT type. I have a wireless connection with an open NAT, but it was originally moderate. This leaves me to believe that it has to do with the
    100% packet loss.

    I can connect fine to the multiplayer in AC unity and in far cry 4 (I got that a few weeks ago), but every single time I load up destiny it comes up with the same error. In my googling, I have not seen anyone with this same problem, as my Xbox live connection
    is all good. I might be posting in the wrong sub forum, but it's my first time doing this sort of thing. Also, my upload speed hangs around 5 or 6 MB, which I think might be bad, and I don't know how to fix this stuff, so please help me fix this so we didnt
    waste 60$!!!

    100% Packet Loss

    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    I have an Open NAT on my x360 but strict on XOne, please help.

    I just got the message when testing my Multiplayer connection on xbox one "You have high packet loss. Your packet loss is 20%. This is high and may be affecting network quality." never gotten that before.

    Let's start by power cycling your Xbox One console to clear the system cache. These steps are mainly to address the 100% packet loss issue. Follow the steps below to do so:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
    • Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back in and power on.
    Since the connectivity issue only affects Destiny at this time, I recommend visit Bungie's
    Caterpillar/Cattle Help page and follow each of their troubleshooting steps.

    Post back and let us know if the 100% packet loss issue persists so we can help you get that sorted! 100% packet loss affecting only one game :)

    Is it possible to get packet loss that exceeds 100%?

    PUBG may be having issues with their servers that might affect packet loss to or from your console but only for that game (eg the server farm may not be able to handle the incoming load from all of the game clients and therefore drops packets). The network
    debug statistics may be incorrectly interpreting the data and returning/displaying a value higher than 100%. Given many of the other problems in PUBG...this is your most likely answer about the issue.

    As others have said, if you truly had 100% packet loss of your connection then you wouldn't be able to do anything.
