Discus and support 100% of GWG missing, tried everything. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So as the title suggests, all of my games with gold have vanished from my account.     100% of GWG missing, tried everything.


    So as the title suggests, all of my games with gold have vanished from my account. I've tried the power cycle, the reload your profile and then power cycle, the reach out on Xbox live support and get threatened to be flagged cause the text support lady doesn't
    believe you. The whole nine yards. Oh I even tried the after hours volunteer support and that went just ever so well. Probably switching to PS4, can't get any help with Microsoft.

    Should I get the Xbox One now or wait a bit longer?

    100% packet loss with both Wifi and Ethernet connection? just to be sure, have you another ethernet cable to try?

    Is it possible that your router has parental controls or a content filter that blocks gaming networks but not video streaming?
