    I too have the 100% packet loss when I do the multiplayer connection test BUT I can still play Titanfall and other xbox live games without a problem!!

    Could this be a bug at Microsoft's end? Could someone from Mircosoft at least let us know what is going on?

    Same Issue, yet again another day that I cannot use my Xbox. Getting sick of this now!

    Microsoft released an announcement in the forums this morning regarding the issue(which has been taken down recently) and temporarily set the Xbox Core Services to "Not running". However, since then they have switched it back to "Limited support", although
    the problem may still be out there. Continue checking Xbox Live Status frequently if you are still having this issue, however it seems like it is starting to be resolved.

    So I finally called xbox to figure out why I had 100% packet loss. Turns out, my firewall settings on my xfinity router were set to "typical" instead of "minimum" security. The guy from xbox had me hop on the computer and pull up my firewall settings. For
    me, I just had to type my IP address into the address bar with 'xfinity' at the end. Use 'admin' as the username and either your wifi password OR the word 'password.' One of those should get you in. Once you get to the gateway page, just adjust the firewall
    and retest the multiplayer connection. I'm sure the pages look different for different service providers but that's what worked for me. Hope this helps.

    100% packet loss is the maximum that is possible. However, occasionally it is possible that there may be a bug causing the packet loss to appear more than 100%, but this is uncommon. The maximum is 100%.

    You would not have any connection to the internet, let alone XBLive, if packet loss is 100%. Connection relies on the ability of packets, information data blocks, for lack of a better term, to recognise and acknowledge the data has been sent and received
    correctly, ie no corruption.

    Edit.. Data showing 100% packet loss has to be a result of local internal corruption of the processors, and would require a restart.

    Hi im kinda new to the hole internet fixing thing but my X1 has always had a packet loss of 100% but after reading a description of what packet loss is i am quite curious as to how my xbox and internet are still functioning normaly... Not only that but it
    dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
    causing this i would be great to get others feedback:)
