    Same issue. 100% Packet loss. No packet loss from my PC. Wireless connection via my Xbox one. Has been working fine just 10 hours ago. Tried it today: 100% packet loss.

    100% Loss packets

    22.35 and I'm getting the same problem. That service alert explains nothing.

    "Purchase and Content Usage up and running

    Website up and running

    Social and Gaming up and running"

    Glad to see they can still overcharge us all for something. Obviously the website's working...but "Social and gaming"?...gaming definitely isn't working. Cant even play single player on COD.

    Why aren't they even explaining what the problem is? This is so frustrating mostly because they're being so damned patronizing! Tell me what the problem is and I'll accept it while I wait for them to fix it. Tell me "Everything's fine! We'll have you up
    and running soon" is just very, very annoying and so very, very patronizing!

    Im in AZ and all computers are fine my vpn to work is fine was playing fine then bam 100% packet loss. This is frustrating.

    I have been with xbox for a long time just like everybody here. it says I have high packetloss and it says check my network. there is nothing wrong with my network. I payed a lot of money for my xbox one and I cant even play online. xbox one is a piece of
    crap don't buy it. Im going to playstation. im never buying another Microsoft product again because I shouldn't have to wait 3 hours to play a game. it freezes at the home screen, it glitches, it has alot of bugs. and your pcs are crap too. get it together

    CloudStrife900 - Your reply answered nothing. We KNOW there's a problem. Would you please explain what the problem might be and give an idea of how long it might take to fix?

    MS are giving no answers (refer to my previous post for my feelings on that). The problem for us all is the same. We don't need more threads on the same issue.

    well, now I was playing Fifa when suddenly games stop and message telling that I've been logged off. since, unable to connect my xbox live account, 0x87DD000F. thanks to the error code search, nothing found for this error code. Is this a leveling up of servers
