100 Gs lost in my gamerscore. PLease help

Hi,

I have a problem with my gamer score. There are 100 Gs that has not been added to my gamerscore. The

achievement that was not added to the total is The lowleen town rescuer corresponding to the game Ginger: beyond the crystal. It was unlocked on Monday 19th June at 00.17 h (Spanish time). The achievement unlocked well but just was not added to the total of
my gamerscore. My gamerscore is 424,687 but should be 424,787

I followed the advices of this website

but nothing happened.

I tried to use the link
Xbox Support Forums – Achievement Unlocking Issues in this page, but it seems it is broken.

In the past they helped me with this same issue.

The only site that show the right gamerscore is trueachievements.com. Thereif you choose my gamertag () you should go to My game collection, and filter by list view and sort by last unlocked. At the bottom of this page is my right gamerscore (now
424,787 / 740,115). Maybe the time you check it is different since I will continue unlocking achievements, but for sure the 100 Gs difference will be still there

Please, may you fix it for me? I will really appreciate it

reduced GamerScore for new Achievements in Rayman Fiesta Run?

It should be title update with more gamerscore. It [Mod Remove - Please do not attempt to bypass the word filter. Please see the Forum Guidelines.] when they change gamerscore to lower as i worked hard on the game and 100% then dropped the
gamerscore like [Mod Removed]. Please do something Microsoft like stopping other company that allowing reducing GS.

Good news!!! The missing 100 Gs have now been added to my GS. I do not know if that was automatically or somebody from the MS support team fixed it. I will appreciate a message from them saying that they were working on this issue. Anyway, it is fixed and

I have the same problem, I have lost from my 36000 GS 28000 GS, and my monthly Gamerscore has risen from 400 GS to 6425 GS.

My friend also has this glitch, he lost about 11.000 gamerscore. He said today achievements are showing as unlocked again and tracking % is back, but the games still show 0% completed, 0/1000 gs.

Same issue. And anytime this happens it is literally the same advice every time. And it doesnt work. I have been robbed of so much gamerscore over the years I have lost count. At least i know this time my overall GS is tracking but the monthly is stalled and im missing close to 1k in GS on the leaderboard. One game alone i started this month and earned 670 GS according to the achievement list but monthly is stuck at 160.
