100 days communication suspended for 'BULLYING'..

Just figured I'd post on the forums to see what people know and perhaps shed some light myself.

..so naturally: I'm communication suspended, I was playing with some 'less than reputable' people, namely a jewish-police officer and his 'friends', they all decided to report me after I wouldn't 'submit' to them the idea I believed they were 'good at the
game' - literally 'the' reason, so I might have called one of them a 'puss' in a message and said to relate it to his 'friend' that 'reported and then blocked me'.

This is the reason I was initially communication suspended - 'puss' - no 'y' attached just the 'stuff' you get when you pop a 'white-head'.

..anyhow, because of my 'past behaviour' in which I've had numerous communication suspensions for stuff as 'trivial' as this every-time MY account is then issued with a communication suspension; it is ALWAYS 2 weeks regardless of severity (another article
of proof of at least a 'semi-automated' system in which the only manual part is to be offended and click the button etc) because it's me, they look at my account and see; well WE issued him suspensions before that were 2 weeks and we CANT give less than that
or base it on severity.. so fine, I have ANOTHER 2 week communication suspension for saying the word puss, fine.. but then my communication suspension is served and NO I did not submit a 'case review' because I know how the 'system' works and have filed numerous
reviews only to receive nothing in terms of information related to or justifications for applying the suspension, that and the last time I submitted a case review for something equally as petty as the word PUSS I was 'then' issued a harsher penalty for DARING
to question the beloved pets, I believe it was an extra 48 hours so deciding to 'skip' that this time I just rode out the suspension..

The suspension ended and I still have a communication suspension..

I already 'restarted' the console, re-downloaded my profile etc..

Apparently I still have to 'serve time' for saying puss.. (when will I ever learn).

~WARNING, EXPOSED SYSTEM IMMINENT~

On top of 'this' (and here's where it gets sinister).. I was 'navigating' my emails, having a look around and stuff (this was while I was on 'recorded' suspension) and I just 'happened' to click on my Junk emails..

In my Junk emails was an email that stood out to me ~> it 'appeared' to be from the xblpets (key word appeared) but EVERY message I ever had from the pets thus far was ALWAYS directed to my inbox, ALWAYS.

..so naturally I was curious and I clicked on this email, upon opening the email the 'format' of the message was clearly indicative of a replicated 'xblpet' message BUT there was one curious feature of this message (besides 'falling' into junk folder for
being a MIRROR account and CLEARLY proving an individual acting on their own accord) there was 'listed' in the text 'examples' the 'individual' decided to put as to 'why' I'd be 'serving a suspension', I remember distinctly seeing the 'term' BULLYING..

the message read 'somewhat' like this;

For Bullying people on xbox live etc etc, read the guidelines etc etc, but THEN in the message itself was a 'suspension notice' of 100 days, it literally said; you are communication suspended for a 100 days for 'bullying behaviour' type bs

^ this message was in my junk emails.

..so after 'serving' my communication suspension of 2 weeks + 1 day (15 days) for saying PUSS I contacted xbox 'support' to see what I needed to do to get my communications 'working' again.

I mentioned to them that I'd served 2 weeks + etc and I got talking to them.. I asked them what was up and they told me stuff like 'I can see your suspension is ending today'..

I asked them: 'do you think it could be related to the spam message that ended up in my inbox saying I'd have 100 days suspension' and then they 'checked' my profile and they SAW a 100 day communication suspension..

NATURALLY, I checked my emails to try and provide the 'evidence' to the support staff, perhaps they could run an investigation into it idk.. and the 'weird' part about this is;

#1 the email that was in my 'junk' emails was NO LONGER THERE ~> something I didn't even think possible without HACKING

(that someone could remove the email they'd already sent..)

#2 my 'case' WAS clearly related to THIS email and was 100% PROOF of an invalid system that RELIES on an individual making the 'correct' choice - in my case it was up to an individual that sent me the junk email who ALSO applied the suspension to make the
decision.. clearly a vindictive decision was made and not even issued using proper protocol (hence the JUNK FOLDER)

^ I wouldn't have even known about 'this' had I not RANDOMLY checked my junk emails..

The 'log' of me talking with the 'support' is evidence I had PRIOR knowledge about the suspension on my account being '100 days' yet it is NOT listed ANYWHERE (not even in my emails anymore) so HOW could I 'know' this unless I'm right and WAS sent the email
stating 'you are getting 100 days communication suspension for bullying'..

..why can't I see the suspension for myself? it's not listed in enforcement history..

there's clearly malicious people in the xblpet system, and you can be malicious under the guise of protecting another but it doesn't validate you as righteous.

..anyhow just a heads up at the shady practices ~> 100 days in your junk folder.

the ONLY thing I even care about (I don't even care to 'talk' to people online for 100 days, I can do that np) I want to know WHO sent the junk email, I want to know HOW they removed the junk email from my inbox, etc

I want 'that' looked into, second to 'that' I want an 'explanation' of my suspension not necessarily 'why' but at LEAST somewhere I can LOOK and SEE myself that I'm actually suspended ~> as far as 'enforcement history' goes I'm not suspended right now..

I've been suspended for 100 days on party chat and communication for something little when someone will lag switch me and I report them nothing happens to the person but when I call someone a retard I get banned for 100 days so I need someone to talk to

4 Bans in under 48 hours. Same Account

Hi My name is Drew, And the account i am posting on has been banned 4 times in under 48 hours. On November 10th 2017, I was banned for communications. During this time xbox prevented me from sending out messages and joining/starting a party that I could
talk out of. This ban was set for 2 weeks and to end in 2 weeks according to my enforcement history on enforcement.xbox.com. On November 11th 2017, I recieved another ban for harassment and abuse and the ban was for playing on multiplayer for 2 weeks and to
end in 2 weeks. I contacted microsoft support asking them how was it possible to get 1 ban on this day for communications and a second ban the next day for harassment if my account was unable to send messages from the first ban. Upon getting off the phone
with them and having them tell me that only the enforcement team could answer those questions i had, i recieved a very rude email from Microsoft enforcement stating as written "

Don’t contact Xbox Support. Support can’t provide suspension details.



What happened?

So because i called microsoft support and spoke with them about this issue the enforcement team with a stick up their ass changes my duration of my ban from 2 weeks to 100 days!!!?!?!?!

I called microsoft support a second time confused on what happened and again no one could help me. As soon as I got off the phone once again i received an email from xbox live enforcement team that stats as written "

So i go from 2 week communications ban and a 2 week xbox live ban to 100 days communications and multiplayer 30 days. Makes absolutly no sense and by the way I have all email logs and i recorded each conversation i had with microsoft support. I want answers
and I will be sueing if this is not fixed. 4 bans in under 48 hours for absolutely no reason at all. I can understand the 2 week ban for each but 100 days and 30 days added on is **** up and ridiculous

The only people who can assist with this are the Xbox Enforcement team and they can only be contacted through the web site below and if eligible you will be able to request a case review from here as well.

..and if you didn't get the point; they sent the email (probably accidentally - that it was 'sent' at all) to my junk-box with the 100 day suspension notice

had I known 'this' of-course I would've 'fought' it with a case review, in my eyes it's exactly WHY 'they' (the scumbag **** munching pets) 'handled' it this way, they wanted to 'slip' it by so heads up. check your Junk emails, I cant even get another suspension
so I cant submit another review because I cant send messages still

so no 'review' of a 100 days possible.. slimy bastards.

oh and the jewish police officer was called 'MidWithAMouth' and I met him on Smite, he made sure he 'wrote up a victims report' (being the victims of time..) and 'played the system' (being a pig).

so again, heads up when you deal with these ... 'people'.

you must appease your Jewish overlords lest you receive 100 days suspension on xbox live.

Two wrongs don't make a right, If you feel someone is breaking the rules report them. You most likely got suspended for carrying the argument further. In the future if you don't think you can get along with someone just block and mute them and if they did
something wrong report them. Outside of that arguing never seems to help a situation.

 

I wondered who would 'inevitably' reply, trust it to be 'you' of all people, my chunky fingered friend ngocphi

the point was.. it was 'slipped' into junk emails, I wouldn't even know about my suspension had I not checked there, and it was for 100 days..

(so check your junk emails when 'dealing' with the pet snakes)

unaware people on here might benefit from a heads up about these shady practises.

~context~ I get issued a 2 week communication suspension because 'someone' (mentioned above) decided to 'write up' a 'report' on me for daring to mention the word 'puss' in a message, admittedly I was unaware I'd 'actually hurt' him because of his innate delicate
fragility towards 'words' (at least that's how the system sees it or pretends to and 'tries' to justify 'it', though it was in-fact a premeditated 'attack' on me by-him to 'remove' my communication unless of course he'd previously lived a pious and secluded
life with no exposure to simple 'terminology' up until now and my 'groundbreaking' usage of 'words' shook his very core and 'that's' why he needed 'protecting'.. other than that he knew what he was doing but apparently 'he' also needs protecting) so the system
granted them their request because they undoubtedly also 'pleaded' for it.*

Fact: I was issued 2 weeks suspension for saying 'puss'. (let that sink in) A word that on 'here' isn't deemed 'censurable' when acronyms are such as 'g t f o' (for whatever purpose.. again 'forced' PC culture) but apparently warrants (for 'me') a 2 week
suspension because y'no I 'violated' the terms when I called him a puss.. that was too far.. allusion to a word is enough to get you suspended read the ToS..

/well.. it 'kicked off' on smite, which if you don't know has 'by far' one of 'the most' toxic communities I've ever meshed into, in most aspects; lack of cooperation, selfish/glory hunters etc, to mention the game-play and probably 'the most' I've 'ever'
been reported by people ~consistently~ was playing 'games' of smite, if 'you' don't 'allow' them to play their selfish nonsense because you want to vote and g t f o of the lobby with the 'noob' (literal) that thinks they're 'good' playing in the most selfish
roles etc and i 'stress' not 'newbs' but 'noobs' people that 'understand' a version of the game but just 'play' badly and extremely selfishly (it's not their problem to help type bs).. well.. it was 'another' game of smite 5v5 moba, lane defence type
game and 'my' immediate ally (on my lane) left the game and it's now 5v4 and i was building SUPPORT items (SUPP the only role that was 'LEFT' because people take easy/selfish/glory 1st 9 times out of 10) and I am a team player so will 'mesh' with the support
selection pregame rather than rolling without (for the benefit of the team) so anyway we end up winning that game.. the 3 people that would inevitably report me and get me suspended and me vs 5 won the game. (they pretty much left me 2v1 and 'grouped' together, they
had mid/solo/jung, and left supp on carry lane and then messaged me..)

..they also reckoned at some point they 'could've' or even 'did' win without me, it's actually funny to even imagine such delusions, without me simultaneously coordinating my attacks on the opposite lanes to them, a 3v5 push would not have even been possible
(considering towers and phoenixes also defending the lane) but naturally I sacrificed myself over and over 'pushing' my lane alone to win because I knew if 'I supported' them in any which way 'we' could win. (had I read the message he sent me part way through I
would've gladly sat there and watched them 'attempt' to carry me to victory without help or even vote the game, why would I play for the ignorant? etc)

I check the time after the game hitting the X on the controller and see I have a message (because I have notifications off) the message was from a 'trash' (imo) mid lane 'vulcan' that I presumed thought he was 'good' by his connotation.. I cant remember
exactly what it said but it was sent with ego so I wanted to jab and show him I 'genuinely' thought he wasn't all that and see what he says. I guess he was mad that I didn't build what he wanted me to or similar (and because I had notifications off the message
was from 'part way' through the game)

so i told him I thought he was bad explained why, he was all: 'you don't have boots' which give like 20% movement speed or so but I already had a starter item with stacks that gave me like 18% etc etc, he basically threw out 'text book strat' (i.e no creativity) nonsense
as his validation and then I poked him again and questioned why he needed the relic sanctuary/aegis (which is button press invulnerability) likening it to 'going bowling with the barriers up' (that he was leaning heavy on a crutch) etc eventually he gets
salty ~> REPORTS & BLOCKS me, which as a 'reputable' guy trying to keep their 'rep' up I deem quite harsh (bloody system that affects connectivity decided literally by who you 'appease', such ullbihitsu).. I cant remember if it was before or after he reported
me (let's assume before) we all ended up in a party together at one point, it was quite fun those 3 vs me.. literally, I invited one to question their perception (the vulcan) and I think he then invited the other 2 and of course they couldn't 'bend me to their
will' with their 'group' and of course they 'had' to defend their friend(s) regardless so I was taking flak when I challenge even one of their moronic delusions.. them winning without me/me not having boots/using aegis as a crutch etc, they eventually all
realise 'they' cant change my perception, it's essentially a 'losing' battle so 'retreat' from my party (not without the cheap 'last words of the argument' type nonsense consisting of I'm reporting you or I'm muting you or I'm blocking you -THEN leave, they
always need to 'tell you' first) so the person that sent ME the initial message (in game) blocked me the 'only' person I actually had 'beef' with (I saw them miss AoE ultis plenty, just a big mouthed delusional muppet etc) so I told his friend to let him know
he's a puss or

'similar', his friend of course has already reported me at this point, he told me, calling me autistic (it didn't bother me of course but defeats the notion of a portrayed 'holier than thou'/justified attitude when using genetic predispositions as an insult
or attack against me).

also at one point or other I told 'the friend' he has a big nose in jest, his response was that he was 'in-fact Jewish and then also a police officer'.. I found it quite amazing the instant correlation he drew in his own mind from one comment and how it
came spilling out with little to no provocation to ascertain 'both criterion', perhaps he was 'joking' or 'trolling' who knows and that's why I refer to 'him' as the

'jewish police officer' ~> that's what he wanted to represent.. perhaps he knew to 'most' people there is 'seen' vindictive elements in 'both' groups and it was merely satirical.

Anyhow, I didn't report or block any of these people why bother right, I cant berate a system 'and' use it that would be hypocritical of me and these aren't the first grievances I've 'shared' about it.

so.. 2 weeks suspension because I played smite with delusional, vindictive people and 'helped' them to win.. and.. called someone a puss in the process

what an annoying situation, communication suspension.. 2 weeks... puss.....

it's about 'this time' or even 'this feeling' (of injustice) that I might consider earning my stripes.. if you're going to 'label' and 'report' me citing 'harassment' over saying puss I might show you what 'real' harassment can entail.. what would I have
to lose if I'm already serving 'the' time for 'it'?
