100 days ban

    Any chance I can get my ban lifted cause I haven't done anything i get a 100 day ban for no reason, there's loads of little trolls on Xbox live chat crap all the time and didn't even get banned for it and Xbox live expects me to pay for your services that
    I can't even use so how's that fair!!!

    Unable to submit case review on communication ban

    so basically the ban is for 100 days. I never even received an email.

    I was sent to this forum by a chat agent, who said that if I posted here then it would be brought to the attention of the enforcement team. I was also promised an email reply within 72 hours last week by another chat agent. I am tired of being given wrong
    information.

    Sorry to hear it. The PET are in sole charge of the enforcement program. If they reviewed your case and it was upheld then I'm afraid that nothing can be done. You'll need to wait out the enforcement on your account.

    another thing that you want to keep in mind is that the 100 day bans are not eligible for case reviews.

    Unfortunately phone and chat are known for giving incorrect information regarding issues they don't directly handle. The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no other way to contact them. With the 100 day bans all you can do is wait them
    out. You are responsible for your account at all times. It is also a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts.
