    100-Day Communication Ban


    Good Afternoon,

    I have recently received a 100-day communication ban, as a result of 8 previous temporary bans. The account is in my name and email, but it is used by my younger brother 99% of the time. I was not even aware of the previous temporary bans, because I use
    my Xbox so little. However, I went on it for the first time for a while the other day and was unable to communicate with anyone! So I did some digging and have since discovered that my account is banned from communication for 100 days and that there have been
    8 previous bans on the account - I was absolutely horrified. I have never submitted a case review for any of the bans, as I did not even know that I'd been given them. I have banned my younger brother from using my Xbox and my account ever again. I completely
    understand that, regardless of who was using the account at the time, the Code of Conduct has been breached and it is your responsibility to enforce bans on accounts that do this. However, I am asking that you guys review the decision to place a 100-day ban
    on my account and potentially lift it, as it was not myself that committed these offences. I will be putting a sign-in passcode on my account so that only I can use it from now on. Please reconsider your decision and get back to me as soon as you can.

    Banned for communication then banned from Xbox live 2 days later for nothing

    if this is about a 100 day communication ban. This follows with a 2 week console ban them an additional 46 day communication ban making a 60 day privilege suspension

    I received my first enforcement message on 9/18/17 which was a 2 week comm ban. I received my second enforcement message on 9/20/17 a 2 week account suspension which was related to past offenses. I appealed to both bans on 9/21/17 It turned out my bans
    were extended to a 100 day primary account comm ban the 2 week account(multiplayer) suspension stayed the same. They also added a 7 day primary console(multiplayer) suspension (9/20/17) and a 30 day communication primary console suspension. I was fine with
    all of my bans. Today 9/28/17 my primay console(multiplayer) suspension should be lifted but it wouldn't let me play multiplayer still so I contacted support just to find out that they extended all of my already extended bans. My (primary account) 100 day
    communications only ban turned into a 100 day communication and multiplayer suspension. My primary console (7 day multiplayer) ban turned into a 2 week multiplayer ban. I wanna know why did I get these extensions after they already decided on my appeal???
    (P.S sorry for bad sentencing I suck at writing)

    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further information will be the Xbox
    Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    I was sent to this forum by a chat agent, who said that if I posted here then it would be brought to the attention of the enforcement team. I was also promised an email reply within 72 hours last week by another chat agent. I am tired of being given wrong
    information.

    Unfortunately phone and chat are known for giving incorrect information regarding issues they don't directly handle. The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no other way to contact them. With the 100 day bans all you can do is wait them
    out. You are responsible for your account at all times. It is also a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts.
