100% complete achievements do not unlock

I played Halo3:ODST on Xbox One 3 days ago,and I completed the game.I should got a 10 points achievement but it didn't pop.I went to check in achievements app,and I found it display 100% Complete in the Achievements app, but are locked,
and do not unlock. (it says "unlocking...")what can I do to solve this problem?

I am also having this problem but one of the broken ones just randomly unlocked today hopefully the rest will to.

There are a number of achievements in a number of games that are not unlocking. These achievements display 100% Complete in the Achievements app, but are locked, and do not unlock. Power cycling the Xbox does not solve this. Clearing persistent storage does
not solve this. Deleting a profile from the Xbox and re-adding it does not solve this.

Microsoft refuses to address the fact that they claimed this was fixed but clearly isn't. This is a problem, and it's infuriating to have a game 99% complete, including the "Collect all collectibles" achievement, yet still be missing the "Collect this type
of collectible" achievement, even though it shows as 100% Complete.

 

This also happened to me, it is a server bug.

Don`t worry, your achievement will unlock in a maximum of 72 hours.
