10 year old boy suspension

Discus and support 10 year old boy suspension in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I would like to know why my 10 year old has today had his account suspended.     I would like to know why my 10 year old has today had his account suspended. I’ve seen the conversation that he was reported for and have photos of it. It went a little something like why did you shoot me? I didn’t shoot you. Then report report report after
    that and now my kid is devastated being suspended from his live account that I have paid for for years. Then when you try to contact suspensions there is no one to contact. I will be finding out who I can make a complaint to and seeking credit for the suspension
    time. Why should I pay for something that has been unfairly taken away. If anyone knows who I can contact, can you please let me know. Thanks.

    Ok so my 7 year old son is playing on his Xbox which ihe is sitting next to me in the office and was video chatting with a 10 year old boy and his 7 year old sister. the chatting went on for 5 or so minutes, when to my surprise this 10 year old boy began
    exposing his *** and the 7 year old girl began grabbing her ***. WTF goes on in this house but really. I contacted customer support and the suggest I post this on the forum. the gamer tag is [MOD EDIT].

    I'm not telling someone how to by-pass the age restriction so a 10-year old boy can play it.

    If you had said he was 14 and was having issues with the game since he's technically over the required age for playing on EA servers (13), I would have told you.

    But for a 10-year old boy? No way.
