    $10 xbox card for pre ordering Syndicate


    I haven't received this and I know it was a promotion. Has anyone received this? If you go to Xbox.com right now there's a list of the hottest games of 2015 that gives you this rebate when pre ordering. Since Syndicate was released it's not on that list
    anymore. The $10 gift card was a big reason I went digital. I called Xbox and they seemed like they didn't know what I was talking about.

    Day one digital bonuses.

    No I received a $10 digital gift card code from the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering the game. The code for Free Fall came with the game.

    I preordered the physical disk from microsoftstore.com I'm not sure if you ordered through the same process, but according to the info at the bottom of my order confirmation, they will ship the gift card or credit your Xbox Rewards account in 10 to 15 days
    after game release.

    Below, I've pasted the information from my confirmation that I'm referring to:

    I just hate how I can pre-order madden 15 on the MS store and it comes with a $10 gift card, but if I pre-order it through my xbox one its the same price without the gift card. Pre-orders should just be $49.99 then without the GC

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! When it comes to pre-orders, you won't be able to remove the card that's associated with the pre-order until the payment has been processed. Typically for pre-orders you will be charged, if you only use a credit
    or debit card, 10 days prior to the release of the pre-order. At this time, you won't be able to remove the card until the payment has been processed or you cancel the pre-order.

    Anything pre ordered digitally will also pre load onto your home xbox a few days before its release as well. Keep in mind that any pre orders bought with a credit card are billed 10 days before release too
