$10 XBL code not working

Discus and support $10 XBL code not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased a XBL code worth $10, but it's not working.     I purchased a XBL code worth $10, but it's not working. I checked for the correct code, and got it right, but it still did not work. Can anyone please help me?

    XBL Trial code not working

    Hi, I have put in a pre paid code for a 2 day Xbox Live trial however, when I go to redeem I am not told the code is invalid but instead told 'something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.' so I then took the advice and left it for the day and
    now I have tried again and the error message just keeps popping up before I redeem the code.

    Any help appreciated

    XBL Trial code not working

    Hey there, XxHypersnipeRzZ!

    I'm sorry to see any issues redeeming a free trial! When you attempt to redeem it, are you receiving an error code at the bottom of the error screen? This could show up as a 0x######## or XBOS-#### error
    at the bottom left or right. This will help me determine what might be happening and get you the right steps to resolve it.
