$10 was deducted from mu promotional balance early by 6 days

If so you have to contact the Rewards support. You'll find the support link (don't use the feedback link) at the bottom of the Rewards site.

The money will be deducted 10 days prior to the game release. Since the game will be released on September 9, 2022, they started to get the charge for the game.

You can use a split payment (Microsoft balance + credit card/PayPal) or use Microsoft balance. If you use the Microsoft balance the money will be deducted immediately.

You would need to contact support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do, but generally there is no way to get funds back after they have expired. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

It is also worth mentioning I previously spoke with "Chat" support and they directed me here, claiming this is the area that can reinstate the credit.
