    Hi,

    Thank you so much for updating my account with the 15k in reward points, I really appreciate you guys do it so quick. I really don't mean to sound greedy, but I still haven't gotten my $10 reward card for the preorder of COD AW. I preordered it through the
    Microsoft store and was supposed to get a code through email. I contacted Microsoft customer care and they told me just to email you guys. I will be more than happy if you can just add that in like you did with the reward points or if the email is a must
    that is fine too. Thanks in advance.

    Xbox Live Rewards 15,000 credits promotion issues

    I preordered Final Fantasy XV on September 10th through the Microsoft store, back when Xbox Live Rewards was having a promotion. The promotion was that for any preordered games purchased before the end of the year, you would get 15,000 rewards credits as
    part of the preorder bonus for each game and instead of the $10 Microsoft gift card. The email stated 7-10 days for the preorder content codes and points to be emailed/deposited. I still haven't received that email or the 15,000 points. Any idea what went
    wrong?

    Are you "advanced" enough for this?

    I reluctantly preordered this at gamestop. I figure atleast the campaign will be decent. I also got a preorder code for destiny with the AW preorder.

    Fifa 17 - Did not receive $10 gift card.

    The $10 gift card should be sent via email about 10 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

    If you preordered digitally through the Xbox store, you would not be eligible for that offer.

    The Rewards program is running an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preorder a game from microsoftstore.com. So you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card from microsoftstore.com.

    The $10 gift card was an offer from microsoftstore.com. You would have to contact their customer support for assistance with that offer. If you are a Rewards member, and the preorder offer was running at that time ( I can't remember), you would have received
    15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card. The credits would show on your Rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the site. If you don't see them listed there, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance. Keep
    in mind that in order to qualify, the game had to be preordered as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. Digital orders from the Xbox store would not have been eligible for either offer.
