$10 Promotion Gift Card for purchasing Gold

I did not receive my $10 Gift Card from the promotion once I bought the Gold. I bought Gold through the promotion and that was on February 12th. I was wondering what I will have to do to receive the $10 Gift Card.

XBOX ONE GOLD 10$ PROMOTION

Ok so there was this promotion on the home page that said "GO GOLD TODAY AND UNLOCK A 10$ XBOX GIFT CARD". I bought gold membership for 3 months and I never got my 10$ gift card. Help please?

Xbox Live Gold promotion

I recently purchased a 3 month Xbox Live Gold membership (6/7/2015) that included a promotion for a $10 Xbox gift card. I have received a $5 gift card from Xbox Live (6/19/2015), but I am certain that the promotion was for a $10 gift card. I already
contacted Xbox support after I noticed that I only received $5, and they said that I would receive another code within 24 hours, but it has already been over 3 days since then.

When you say you bought it thru the promotion

Did you use PayPal or a creditcard or bankcard?

If prepaid code that's your issue

Regardlesz if you enter it during the purchase screen that counts as a previous purchases when the terms were set when you bought it at the point of sale

Not when you redeem it

To get this promotion you must use a renewable payment option

Is it a gift card or a Live card?

A gift card would add funds to your account so you would need to redeem that first and then purchase gold with your Microsoft account balance, although with promotions you typically have to purchase the gold using a credit card. You should be able to redeem
it at http://xbox.com/redeemcode

A Live card would have a specific amount of gold time already on it and would not be redeemable towards a promotion. Once you redeem it, you would just have that amount of gold on your account.

I have took pictures of the promotion that said if you go gold you will receive a $10 xbox gift card. I bought it through my debit card. I didn't use a prepaid card.

If I understand correctly you bought a 65$ Xbox Gift card and tried to purchase Xbox Live Gold with it but it asked for your creditcard instead?

Unfortunately you can't purchase Xbox Live gold using gift card, you'll need to either buy Xbox Live Gold cards which come in 1-3-6-12 months (promotional ones can have an extra month or 2) or you'll need to purchase it using a creditcard.

The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would have needed to preorder from them in order to receive the gift card.
