$10 Pre-Order Bonus

I pre-ordered The Division and was supposed to receive a $10 gift card. I checked my email several times. No $10 card, any idea where it is? Thanks.

It is my understanding that you had to pre-order from Game in order to get that bonus. It seems that Amazon was offering a skin and two emblems for pre-orders.

Is Forza Horizon 3 pre-order DLC exclusive to Xbox One?

I want to pre-order Forza Horizon 3 for Windows 10 as a digital download. It says I get two car packs as a pre-order bonus, but it says (Xbox One) next to it. Does this mean that If I pre-order for Windows 10 I don't get any DLC bonus? Will future DLC be
available for Windows 10?

 

I believe this was a Microsoft Store deal for the physical copy correct?

I was sent to this forum by Microsoft support. I was told I should have already received the card. Yes pre-order was for the physical copy of the game.

 

Keep in mind that if you're a Rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card. But otherwise, you will need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them.

 

i never received this 10.00 card also.. and have called 3 different idiots on phone to help me and they told me 1st i didn't order it.. 2nd guy says call ubisoft.. for what they didn't sell me the game they made it... other guy on phone with now tells me
to write in this forum so i am i just want the 10.00 dollars i was told i was getting never again will i pre order anything from microsoft for now on best buy the send what they say they will this *** is crazy over a month later.. and still waiting ... wow
