$10 off Promotion?

I read this thing in Xbox One Stores saying that if I purchase a game that's worth more than $45 before March 3rd, I'll get a $10 off code. I did. How can I get the code?

The customer service was not responsive.

im from mexico and I bought this game pass promotion which also came with a month of xbox live gold, but apparently they did not give me the xbox live gold month that said the promotion

Per the terms of the offer, you should receive the code by May 15. If not, you'll want to post back.

 

Never heard of that promotion at all... Good luck with getting any type of answer from MS though. From my experience I'd rank them right along with Comcast, which is the worst of the worst.

 

I got my 10$ gift card promotional code from titanfall but when I go to use it it says something went wrong plz try again or type in the error code at error code site but there is no error code below.=[

 

John, I've gotten the same error. I've chatted with xbox customer support and they are looking into it. That was Saturday, still haven't heard anything from them though.

 

I hope you guys get the error sorted out - it has got to be a bummer to have a discount that you can't use...
