    I'm a VIP member and i got an email from Xbox rewards saying if I purchase something I would get 10% of the money back and I bought the premium pass for battlefield 1 which is 50$

    Hi Elite, sorry about the problem your having. Have you tried clearing the console's cache? Go to setting, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache and restart your console. Hope this works for you.

    Do a license transfer on your old account -
    http://xbox.com/drm

    It should move the licenses from your old console to the new one and allow your other account to have access to the content.

    The 10% back would be if you are eligible for VIP rebates and are star level 5 with a gold subscription. If so, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.
