    Every day I have to wait 10 minutes
    minimum that my console wants
    good start !

    Today after 20 minutes it is still
    not the case!

    it is simply unacceptable!

    Xbox starting and then turning off for no reason

    My xbox starts up and I start playing a game for about 10-15 minutes and then it just turns off and i dont know why

    Hi

    If you have not already done so please carry out a hard reset of the console if this does not make any difference I would suggest you consider carrying out a factory reset to the console.

    and a factory reset of my console is 20 hours minimum to install all games ...

    Hey you can choose to keep games and apps when doing a factory reset.

    support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    Be sure to choose the option "Reset and keep my games & apps."

    Hey you can choose to keep games and apps when doing a factory reset.
