    10 minutes to reconnect to xbox live


    I live in a very bad signal area and regularly have Internet connection issues. I play xbox games on xbox one, laptop & xbox 360. This issue only occurs on the 360 & that only in last few months.

    I lose connection to xbox live and have 10 minutes to reconnect. Almost all the games I play are digital downloads so I assume u need connection to prove I own a copy. I don't understand the need for constant connection. Has there been a change to xbox system
    as never previously had this issue.

    Randomly disconects from xbox live but then reconnects instantly

    randomly disconnects from xbox live and the reconnects instantly every 5-10 minutes

    I've been recieving this message after downloading a few old titles like Fifa 16 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do. I have already updated my licenses in billing settings. These titles were purchased on a different
    Xbox and I have since changed gamertags. Please help! This happens every 15 minutes when playing these titles.

    [/quote]This would point to a genuine hardware issue with the built-in wireless network adapter but may also be a glitch. Therefore: Disconnect the power supply from the Xbox and wait 5-10 minutes and then reconnect everything back up.

    If this did not work, you will have to arrange for a repair.

    Hi try powering the xbox off, disconnect the power supply from the mains power outlet for around 10 minutes, reconnect the power supply and try the xbox again.

    me too. on multiple games i'll get disconnected from live. I have to reconnect from the dashboard. The test says everything is fine once i do it, but then disconnects again 10 minutes to an hour later.
