10 Hours of Multiplayer for 3 Months of Groove Music Pass

I played over ten hours of multiplayer on Forza Horizon 3 in order to get a code for 3 months of free Groove Music Pass. After the 9/22 deadline, I await the code and have yet to receive it.

We're not familiar with this promotion at all. There was a promotion in Forza Horizon 3 which you could get a free trial offer for Groove Music, but there hasn't to our knowledge been one that gives you a 3 month code for Groove Music for playing 10 hours.
Can you please link us to to a page that details this promotion? It might have been an offer, but not through Xbox.

Unfortunately, it was through the "Games with Gold" "Featured" page and expired on 9/22. I know the mod removed the support number, but I hope it's still in your database because that has important conversational elements where I believe the support person
did verify that the promotion existed.
