    I'm trying to play NHL 17 but it says my 10 hour trial is over when I hardly played. I would like my time back so that I can actually play the game I preordered for.

    Sims 4 Free Trial but have to pay for it?

    Because that "free trial" isn't a demo....is the 10 hour trial from EA Access.

    but I cant seem to get to the 10 hour trial either.. so how can i access the 10 hour trail? as said before, I do have Ea Access 10 hour trial :)

    The best thing you could do is contact EA about the issue and see if they can follow it up and fix it.

    Ok but would you not consider something like a 10 hour trial counting down not working as intended and therefore a bug. The fact that you state above that it "This happens a lot it seems with trials." would
    suggest so. Can you answer me this is the xbox that controls the count down or the EA app?

    I believe they mentioned that at the beginning of the trail.

    That if the game is running, it counts the time.
