10 hour gold games for 3 months

Hello, i did the challenge for playing the games with gold for 3 months in a row, each 10 hour but i didnt get the 100 gems.

I played warhammer, van helsing and shadow warrior each 10 hour within the month they entered games with gold.

Can you please check if i did something wrong?

Question for challenge Gold Dust

Hi,

I have a question regarding the MyChallenge called "Gold Dust". Could clarify this challenge with more details? Does it mean I need to play only 1 title for 10 hours every month (3 month in a row), or I can play multiple Games with Gold titles 10 hours per
month (3 in a row)?

Since you only played one hour and four minutes of World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap in December, you did not play 10 hours worth of gameplay that month, and have not yet completed that offer.

Hi SupreemeeD. The two offers that involve game play is the FREEdom Rewards Free Ride offer and the Gold Dust MyChallenge. For the Gold Dust MyChallenge, you must play 10 hours of a Games with Gold title 3 months consecutively. We do not see this on your
account. For the Free Ride offer, you must play 5 hours of three different Free-to-Play games within the month. We do not see this either.

Games with Gold These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold
offerings for the month. Tracking for these MyChallenges will begin as of December 1, 2017.

Gold Dust: Play a featured Games with Gold title for at least 10 hours during the featured period for 3 months in a row, earn 100 MyVIP Gems

Since Tales from the Borderlands was only featured as a offer from November 16th- December 15th, it would not have qualified for January and February.

No. They would be combined into 1 sub. So if you had 3 months of gold and 6 months of game pass and then buy 1 month of Ultimate, you would have 10 months of Ultimate.
