$10 Gift code from ordering Titan Fall 360

I am unable to redeem this code for some reason on both xbox live or on xbox web page. I have no clue why I am unable to redeem it however, it keeps telling me to try again when I have been trying for several times. What is the issue?

No I received a $10 digital gift card code from the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering the game. The code for Free Fall came with the game.

 

Titan fall on Xbox 360 and One..

Hi all..

Let's say I bought titan fall for my xbox one from the xbox market, Can I download it also to my 360 for free ? Or there're 2 versions ?

Also If I bought a normal disc for 360, will I be able to just pay 10 $ to download it to my xbox one (like cod ghosts) ?

Can you please post the exact error message you get when you try to redeem the code on your console?

Also, double check to ensure that you are entering the code properly. Sometimes some letters/numbers can be mixed up.

I found another post from someone else who had the same error code. He was told the code meant the card had expired.

What I would suggest is to call phone support to find out if this is correct.

I have the same message... and I have not been given a solution yet. They told me to update my credit and it was already updated but I deleted the expired ones that were still on file still didn't work.

 

My issue was resolve by chatting with a representative and that is the fastest way to get your issue resolved. I had a great representative name, Rosanna, and helped me out after she verified me and everything.

 

I didn't have good luck with this. I got the same error trying to redeem the code for Xbox One Titanfall pre-order, I spent 30 min. online chatting and finally told to call and they would issue me a new code. I called the number and then spent 40min, retried
the code both on the computer and xbox one and then told it expired and there was nothing they could do. There is no expiration date in the email. How could it expire? I sound more upset than I am, it is only $10...but I did want to voice my frustration.

Yeah I have a code too that I can't redeem because it said it's expired, but there was NO EXPIRATION DATE ON THE CODE when I got it, otherwise I would have remembered it
