10 days later still not recieved my Halo Wars Definitive edition code

10 days later still not received Halo Wars Definitive edition code. I checked my messages haven't recieved it and yes I'm logged in with the right account. Its clearly from your guys end... (You can tell by the hundreds of posts about this very issue).

I didn't recieved my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition, and I purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition Pre-Order December 10...

If you recently purchased the game, you should be able to download the Definitive Edition without a code. If you're still seeing errors in downloading that, please let us know!

I have in fact bought the ultimate edition 25th March 2017. Since then I am yet to be given access to the Definitive edition. I checked the store and searched for Halo Wars: Definitive edition. There are two queries one being Halo wars: Definitive Edition
(Game) which says "is not sold separately" and the other "Halo wars: Definitive Edition" (Add-on) which says You are owner of this product. I've contacted the customer service and two different people say different things. The first person said you have to
wait 7-10 days (emphasis on days no business days). After 10 days I contact the customer service again and this person then says its 10 'business' days + he says the codes are send in batches. But now you say I should be able to get the Definitive Edition
without a code. So very conflicting reactions. I would press the Red button that sounds the "There is a glitch in the matrix" alarm. Also looking at the reviews and the other posts there is clearly something wrong in actually receiving Halo Wars Defnitive
Edition. When its the case that the game gets unlocked form the start then the Halo Wars Definitive Edition FAQ needs to be changed cause it still says you have to wait 7 days.
