$10 code for pre-ordering Battlefield 1

I have not received the $10 code that is supposed to be sent within 10 days of the game release.

You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the gift card.

 

I was in a chat with support on the microsoft store website and they sent me to xbox support chat saying they were the ones who could solve my issue. Xbox support then sent me here saying someone would reply and set me up with a solution.

 

Did you preorder from Microsoftstore.com or digitally from the Xbox Store (console or Microsoft.com)? Xbox store purchases were not eligible.

If you did preorder frMicrosoftstore.com you will have to try contacting their support again. Support here can only assist with Xbox promotions.
