10$ bonus on pre-ordered games

I preordered games on the Xbox website however I did not receive the 10$ bonus for pre-ordering.

I pre ordered doom 10 days ago and i haven't received the bonus game codes

 

Quantum Break preorder

I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

Could you be more specific as to what promotion you are referring to please? And did you pre-order the games via MicrosoftStore.com or Microsoft.com/store? I suspect it was the former as they are generally the ones that run promotions with monetary credit

I preordered off xbox.com where it says 10$ bonus gift card when you preorder I have not received for 2 games I preordered and I am getting quite upset I have already been with support they directed me here!

 

The $10 gift code is an offer from microsoftstore.com In order to receive the code, you have to preorder from them. Digital preorders from the Xbox Store are not eligible.

 

I preordered three off the website and I only got the 10$ bonus for one it seems that no one can help me I guess I'll just miss out on 20$

 

If you did preorder from microsoftstore.com, then you need to contact their customer support for assistance. Make sure you're contacting their support and not regular Xbox/Microsoft support.
