    10,000 Rewards Credits not restocking


    I have been checking the MyVip vault for a while now and the item that I want that is the 10,000 rewards credits prize is still out of stock, even with me waiting until the beginning of this month and checking it frequently, I even have enough gems for it,
    I checked online and the Xbox Live Rewards team said that they’ll restock it soon but still nothing, even with that message, so can anyone at the Xbox Live team at least tell me what’s going on, or better yet when the item will be restocked, and please don’t
    give me the typical “We restock our items on a regular basis” response, just please tell me why it hasn’t restocked yet or when it’s going to be restocked, I called Xbox support 4 times about it and got no information on it, any help will be appreciated

    Missing Rewards Credits

    On 5/5 I redeemed 500 gems for 10,000 rewards credits. Still not seeing this.

    Someone please tell me what the conversion rate is for VIP gems to USD cause 1 gem to 1 MS reward points is complete and utter **** and opting out before it's too late is looking like the better way to go. But we'll probably get shafted on that route as
    well.
    Right now, if you have 500 Gems, they could be traded in for 10,000 rewards credits... if the vault was restocked, that is.

    For help with the rewards program, you would need to post on the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    According to rewards support they should be restocking items. Microsoft does not run the Xbox Rewards program so the amount of credits they get is dependent on what they get from Microsoft.
