10,000 reward points

used the gems to purchase the 10,000 and they havent shown up and my rewards points arent being switch over to currency.

Not getting Xbox Reward points.

On 5/6/2018 I requested 10,000 reward credits using the myvip points. However, I never received the reward. Please advise.

I used my rewards point to get 10,000 Microsoft points and im still waiting after 4 days

need help used my reward point used them still dont have the 10,000 point i choose its been longer than 92 hours

It takes about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending after redeeming them. Once they are pending, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.

From the FAQ:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we will not be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

The points were added as you unlocked gamerscore.You don't get a bulk lot of 10,000 rewards points once you got to 10,000.

For example,if you unlocked a achievement worth 100 gamerscore then 100 reward points were added when you unlocked that achievement up to a total of 10,000 gamerscore/reward points.

The wording on the punch card should of been a lot clearer as a lot of people are confused by this.

sometimes there is a Microsoft Rewards Quest to earn 10,000 gamer score for 10,000 MS Reward Points.

you need to get the MS Rewards app on your Xbox to view your progress.

if you have Game Pass then you can also do the Game Pass Quests for more Reward Points.

The points should of been added as you unlocked gamerscore.You don't get a bulk lot of 10,000 points at the end,you get it as you went along so for example if you unlocked a 50 point achievement then 50 rewards points were added at the time you unlocked
that achievement all the way up to a total of 10,000 gamerscore/rewards points.

No,you get the reward points as you earn the gamerscore,you don't get 10,000 in bulk at the end.

If you have already got 10.000 gamerscore then you've already earnt the 10,000 reward points.

Been a lot of confusion about this,they could of worded the promo a lot better.
