I dont understand your question very well, perhaps because of the type of English but if I didnt understand correctly you want to know why the progress of this promotion, challenge, task, of MR, the progress doesn’t advance? Well, I'm from the puddle of
the puddle and believe me it is the same, I want to think that this will be updated automatically before it ends, because if it is enough what you have to gather information, this for the games

The "link" that was posted earlier leads to a page that says the quest has started, but you can't actually click on anything to register (if I could register for it, I wouldn't be here). It all just says "Check your Xbox for details". Every single source
says that it's live and that we should be able to participate in it right now, but we cant, which is why I came here in the first place.

As for being advised as to whether it's "being looked into", That's literally all I'm looking for. So far, I've asked the official game pass, Major Nelson and the Xbox Australia twitter accounts I've not gotten a single response. Then there's the two times
I've asked on here as well.

All I want is a simple "we're looking into it" or "sorry. it's not available in Australia". Personally, I don't think that's too much to ask for with something that they've been promoting so much. It's not like it's just some little thing only worth 5 points
or something like that.

Also, it's not like there's a whole lot of time to get it done either. Even if they fix it within the next 24 hours, we will have already lost basically half of the time that was allocated to get it done in the first place.

Hopefully. Though, the whole thing will be over before it's fixed.

You would need to contact Microsoft Rewards support for that type of information.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention on the Xbox Forum. Respectfully their is many things you and i can agree on when it comes to Australia and being shafted - that aren't Microsofts problem or responsibility which all gamers would agree on.

With this issue you are correct for some reason it hasn't presented itself on the rewards app. Now i am assuming of course you made sure you registered for it and if not the link was given earlier. Though as it suggests for certain games and those points
it refers to check Xbox for details, though when you go in you see nothing.

Please as a fellow Aussie, don't ever feel when it comes to Microsoft or Xbox they professionally go hey lets (using your words) "shaft Australia or forget us". Yes this country has a board that does limit what games come into this country and the standards
of which we are entitled to things and don't get me started on the internet problem.

Microsoft aren't forgetting or pushing us aside. If you have been advised that it is being looked at and will be fixed soon, please take my word as a fellow Australian and gamer, they will and are taking this seriously.

The best result that will come from this is if you are doing the points tasks, when it gets sorted they will see a record that is time stamped and the points should show up. Should you choose to speak to a person at Microsoft Support on the phone, please
go in with a calm, respectful approach and i am sure you will get the status of this issue.
